Personal Trainers

Working with Ahmed has been very beneficial to my mental and physical health. He’s been very patient with my busy schedule (being a teacher and all) and the meditation at the end of the session helps with mental well being. He’s shown time and time again that he genuinely cares about my health and fitness. I’ve already seen results within 2 weeks in my fitness and endurance but I’m also much more calmer. I have worked with Ahmed for 2 years in Carphone Warehouse and it was an absolute pleasure to work in his team. He has always been so supportive and encouraging, he knows really well on how to build the positive environment in the team and get the work done. He is a superb mentor.
I also had the chance to have Ahmed as my personal trainer for a brief period and I must say that the expertise and guidance he's provided through my training sessions and afterwards, was fantastic and life changing.

Ahmed was my first experience of using a personal trainer and his teachings/advise have lasted me ever since!

He is friendly, efficient, kind, positive, extremely motivating & very patient (I wasn't always the easiest client - lethargic and defiant at times! ) and helped me sort a personal plan with meal/snack ideas and workouts that worked for me and my body type! I highly recommend him as a P/T!

My Massage Therapy is a treatment that aims to relax, revive and heal the body.

Using manual hands-on movements and manipulation of the soft tissues and muscles in the body, massage therapy works to promote healing and enhance a person’s overall well-being.
