I offer a mobile personal training service; train in your home, garden or outdoors in one of the many parks across Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area.
I also offer remote personal training via Skype, Zoom and WhatsApp and to make remote training as personal as possible I've invested in a motion sensor camera, so that I can coach without worrying whether or not you can see what I'm doing.
I have a specialist qualification to work with older adults, and the majority of my clients are in their 50s, 60s and 70s. I'm 53 myself, and very much enjoy working with clients who are focused on the health benefits from regular exercise.
In 2020, I published my first book; How 2 Get Fit 4 Later Life, a fitness and nutrition guide for people aged 60 and above.
Very impressed so far, have had 4 sessions with Gav and he is very good and has set programmes to suit my needs! He is very encouraging and am enjoying getting fitter and feel motivated from the first session! So far so good!!!
