What makes a great website?
Making sure that the website effectively serves all devices and especially mobile phones & tablets have become increasingly important, ensuring that the site is fast, secure, and most importantly easy to use.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals?
How would you like to achieve them?
Describe your creative process.
Firstly, we take the time to understand our client's requirements. Upon this, we go away and generally build a mockup to the client's brief.
This gives our clients a more interactive look into how it works and how it will perform. Then once they receive the design this is where the amendments can be created / any tweaks or missing content can be added.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Have you seen any sites that you like the look of to base your expectations on how it might look?
Do you have assets readily available to use? (i,e logos imagery etc)
What do you love most about your job?
Creativity, Flexibility and first and foremost ensuring customer satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Local demographics don't have much in the offering of anything creative, it's mainly industrial or agricultural.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a strong client relationship and have built on this over time, No job is too big or too small and we just like helping our clients achieve their goals and do so without breaking the bank.
We also know that not everyone has a massive budget to work with, and therefore offer cost-saving solutions where possible.

Of course, unless there is a need to be somewhere i.e Photography sessions, etc. We can generally do 90% of the work remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Doing virtual meetings or telephone conferencing to ensure that contact is at a minimum.
