What’s your signature dish?
My BBQ menus are my most popular menus, i personally love making my Caribbean BBQ, especially the pork burgers.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first listen to what the client require and make the menu to suit their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Every job / event is different, every job has its own challenges.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love what i do, i have always wanted to work with food since i was at school, I love looking at the food i produce knowing i have done the best job possible and no-one goes hungary.
