Joe was the first to respond and was very affordable. He did turn up 2-3 hours late as he needed to source the paint but worked the next day to make up for it and the work was good. I would recommend him as an affordable, reliable, keen young professional who gets the job done and with a good heart. Feedback is to contact the client less and more professionally. Great experience with the guys from 1st Class. Had various jobs both inside and outside that needed doing. Got quotes from 3 separate tradesmen but found 1st Class the most competitive for the amount of work that I needed done. This team done a great job on my dads bathroom! Had several jobs to be done, taps was replaced, radiator fixed and toilet was changed.
We’re booking them in next week to do our roof repairs, they was fair priced, very friendly and kept the work area really tidy which was a bonus. Couldn’t fault them.

My experience with 1st Class Home Improvements was excellent, they definitely live up to their name. Joe called me, arranged an appointment and resolved my leaking roof within the same day, he resolved the issue that many other couldn’t, kept me up to date along the way and was extremely polite and punctual. Not very good at all to be fair very unorganized and the standard of marksmanship is very poor indeed i wont use again and id advise you to look else were ive had a new garage roof done which now looks much worse then the original one plus always chaseing money to by goods

Gutter Repairs & Maintenance
They called as soon as posted the job and came the next day, did the repairs, which looked fine from what I can tell. However, they rang me over 20 times and repeatedly texted over the following three days to chase for payment, and even after they found out the problem was that they had given me the wrong account details they still kept calling - one time they rang four times in a row! I've never known anything like it and advised them that if they want to grow their business they should improve their approach to customer relations. More...
