I can't say anything but good things about 1011. I use 1011 regularly for shopping/ hospital trips etc. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Always service with a smile and a friendly chat. Dislocated my shoulder on the beach. Took a taxi to A&E so the ambulances could deal with things more serious. As Newquay hospital couldn't help me I needed a second taxi to get me to Truro. Both drivers were brilliant both helping me in and out and being ready to help. In fact the second driver normally works in the office but jumped in the car to drive me to Truro rather than making me wait for one of the usual drivers.
