The staff at one stop we’re amazing help with all of my questions and needs theywere very friendly and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend to all of my friends Also all the maintenance work to my property was undergone by Paul’s gardening services and they were also a very friendly pair all the work I needed doing was done very quickly and too a high standard would also highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a handy man

As a parent I find it very important to trust my daughters well being to someone who is trust worthy , I found that trust in 1Stop letting shop , they offered a first rate service that was by far the most accommodating of all letting agents I conversed with , not only did they have a suitable location available they offered valuable help and advice and are easily contactable should any queries arise . Like others I'm gobsmacked by the negative reviews I read below. Is this the same company that have looked after my properties for the last 10+yrs I ask?
I've always found Kimberley,Roberta and the company generally excellent. Helpful, proactive and professional. They have also proven invaluable in smoothing out the odd issue with tenants quickly and efficiently.
I definitely would not have stayed with them so long had it been otherwise.

I am utterly shocked to read these bad reviews of the One Stop Letting Shop. Kimberley and her team have looked after the renting of my little house for about fourteen years, and after my experience of trying to do it myself and the total disinterest of, what was at the time, a large better known agency who really were only interested in my money, I have been over the moon not to have to worry about anything, the One Stop Letting Shop finds my tenants and deals with contracts, lets me know when work needs doing, gets the estimates for me and arranges for the work to be done. And I believe my tenant is happy too! I hope that whatever has caused so much dissatisfaction for others can be put right, though I don't see that the agency can be blamed for a bad landlord. More...
