Regarding building work we offer warranties which are subject to a fee based on the value of work which is chargeable, however if you want peace of mind the warranty scheme is something to consider.

I have been a bricklayer and plaster working on sites for years, I decided after a number of years to further train as a site manager. FOre years working as a trades man I had massive respect for site managers, the responsibility they carried and the knowledge bout setting up a site and running it from start to finish, as I am an observant and inquisitive type of person I noticed managers faces when they completed a site and moved on, there was total satisfaction and fulfilment which I wanted out of a role. I eventually got what I wanted a site to run as a site manager, the site came to end, tick one to the bucket list, I then applied for a role with an housing association as a property surveyor, while there I had 3 promotions and ended up developing the direct labour side where we reduced external contractors and did the work ourselves, totally satisfying. I worked for the organisation for 12 years, work colleagues were always suggesting why didn't I start my own business, you good at what you do, so in 2015 I decided to call it a day with my employers and start my own building business and have never looked back, I do miss the people, that said 1 or 2 of the lads I line managed came to work for me, so I guess the inspiration came from family, friends, and colleagues telling me I'm good at what I do giving me the confidence to go and do it.
I have a good approach to people meaning I listen to what they want and offer some input as to how the job can be done within or under their budget, I am honest and upfront. I build on customer relations with these attributes and look for feedback from the clients to better our services. Our staff are courteous, conscientious, competent and trustworthy. We focus on getting referrals and repeat business from our clients to build our client base, that's better than any advertising, so getting it right first with minimum inconvenience to the customer enhances our reputation.
