Both Richard and Liam did a fab job in erecting my garden fence. They managed to dismantle my old fence (7 panels and concrete posts) and install concrete kicker boards and 7 new panels in a day. They were polite and very tidy. Richard was very accommodating when negotiating price and I would certainly recommend their services and use them again.

This was the second project which Simon and his team have done for us. As before, nothing was ever too much trouble for Simon … it seems that he will only be happy when his client is happy! This was a very big job … refurbishing York Stone paving in three areas: our driveway, our garden patio and our riverside patio … a total area of 750 square meters! The Grand Designs team did four things: 1) Replaced any York Stone slabs which had cracks. 2) Took up and re-laid any slabs which ‘moved’. 3) Thoroughly cleaned every slab. 4) Re-grouted between all the slabs. Like Simon, his team were very conscientious - always willing to re-lay a newly-laid slab if it wasn’t exactly ‘level’ with the slabs it sat beside. Our York Stone areas were originally laid over 50 years ago … and they now look as-good-as-new!
