All wheelie bins were cleaned well however the green one was not jet washed as well as some white sticky residue was left behind of which we had to clean ourselves.

We are sorry you were not 100 percent happy, You did however check the bins before we left and before you released funds to us and were satisified so a little confused as to the feedback. Had you mentioned before we left we would have course recitified as we aim for 100 percent satisfaction

They arrived at 8.00 and started working on our very dirty drive all 130m2 of it with 20years of dirt to remove. They were pleasant to deal with having fully explained the process of cleaning.
