I had 4 sessions with Olly after tearing my acl. Not only is he insanely knowledgable on that kind of an injury, but our sessions were SO well adjusted to my level of ability and making sure not to put too much pressure on the ligament.

Olly has put so much effort into understanding my strengths and weaknesses.
He's researched special exercises to work around my injury, as well as strengthen it. I enjoy every session and leave with more energy than I went in with.

Can’t recommend Wildfit enough. I’ve always been an outdoors type of person and the way Oliver puts together a session for the benefit of overall movement and health, I'm really starting to learn more and more about how and why I should be moving all while enjoying the time outside.
I’ve tried several PT’s in the past and after only 5 sessions, I’m more and more excited for the next.
Can’t recommend Wildfit enough if you’re looking to learn and have fun outside!

The training style is flexible so great for all ages too.

I create a specific plan for the individual based on their goals by utilising progressive strength training mechanisms that promote longevity and improving how we move.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistancy is key. Building a purpose around how we move that promotes vitality is an addicting feeling that you will not want to give up once you start. Which makes being consant easy peasy
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feeling of seeing the look on clients faces when they have a ‘eureka moment’. Whether thats unlocking a new skill, performing a movement without pain, or accessing strength that they previously didn’t have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I believe that more people can benefit and improve thier lives from discovering the simple protocols that I’ve learned ovwr the years to become stronger, have less pain, and move with more freedom.

Because I have spent multiple years trialing different training systems, injury preventions, and life style habits that I believe can be scaled to any person with any lifestyle.

I provide online training on a monthly membership subscription for people who want specific programming and form coaching but want to do it themselves, as well as providing 1-2-1 sessions in your home if you live in the areas I cover.
