We had a 35 sqm block Paving driveway and a 15 sqm and 14 sqm porcelain patio done by the team at White ladder. The results were excellent. The patio looks outstanding. There was an awful lot of ground to remove and was dealt with very efficiently with machinery and most of the waste was removed on the first few days of the job which we were very pleased about . They worked very hard and we are very happy with the outcome. as a gift to my husband for his 75th birthday I was really pleased to get such a wonderful service and would really like to thank the team for all you have done. The little extras and finishing touches made all the difference. All of our drainage issues were resolved at the front and the driveway now has space for three cars, is much more accessible and no longer is causing water damage to the house. Already, we are noticing the difference in the humidity reduction and the atmosphere of the entire property has been lifted by the renovations . They also installed a small ramp and handrail for easier access and For not much extra cost as they advised it would make a clear difference to my husbands disability. We were grateful for the advice and opted in to have the extra work done and it really has made all the difference. The communication was excellent, from planning the project to delivering a spectacular result, it really couldn’t have gone any better . Great work on our loft conversion! We were very impressed with the folks at white ladder . All the teams that worked on the job were very polite and professional. I found the customer service to be as good advertised and felt comfortable throughout the process . We were originally a little disappointed to find out Rob himself wouldn’t be working on the job as he was very knowledgeable and helped us through the planning stages very efficiently , but the tradesmen who completed the work were very professional and Rob was on site a lot to manage the process as needed .
