How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I approach each client in a unique way and make a personalised exercise plan to suit their own individual fitness goals. Continuous encouragement, progressing training and re-evaluation of the goals is essential.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret lies in diet, exercise and discipline and changing the habits. The beginnings are never easy but once the change starts becoming visible it is very encouraging to stay on the path of a happier, more balanced life in a healthy, strong body and mind.
What do you love most about your job?
I like the creativity of my job, how each person has different goals to achieve but ultimately we all want the same thing: to have strong healthy body and balanced mind. I like to exercises people but also to make them aware of their bodies, posture, habits and most importantly on how we breath. To see a change in client's posture, level of fitness as well as in levels of happiness is the most awarding thing for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began my career as an art historian, but remedial therapy and personal training has gradually become my passion. I graduated with a BTEC (Level 5) from the prestigious London School of Sports Massage and I hold a Diploma in Personal Training. I am a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM). In training and therapy I seek to understand each person’s individual body and function by examining posture, assessing their muscles, soft tissues and joints.

Being both Personal Trainer and Clinical and Sport Massage Therapist I have skills which allow me a better understanding of Human body and its functions.
The sessions are also fun and the hour flies by not without sweat!
