What do you love most about your job?
Absolutely everything! I enjoy the recruitment process to ensure that we have the best staff on the team, meeting initially with those requiring extra support at home, developing their care plan and seeing the great relationships built between my staff and those they care for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been passionate about running a care at home company following a lack of quality care within my own family. The pandemic cemented my belief that people need a reliable and consistent company to support them in their own homes, ensuring companionship and independence for as long as possible.

No, we only offer care within a person's home and so cannot offer services online or remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff have received their Covid-19 vaccinations, they test each week, they have been trained in infection control, use PPE correctly and we provide hand sanitiser. We require our carers to self-isolate if they test positive for Covid-19 and inform us if they have symptoms, or have had exposure to anyone with symptoms. We will never knowingly compromise the safety of those we care for and have strict guidelines for standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all our caregivers.
