Vintage Ruby is a professional Jazz, Blues & Swing singer based in Oxfordshire, who regularly travels to London and all over the UK and beyond to sing for her clients. Her repertoire covers songs from the 1920s to the present day.
Ruby has a beautifully soft jazz voice, reminiscent of the classic jazz and blues singers of the 1930s and 1940s.

Vintage Ruby performed at our Ruby Wedding celebrations at the Cherwell Boathouse in Oxford. We’re so glad that she answered our “Bark” request for an Event Performer. From start to finish she was so easy and straight forward to deal with and her warmth and enthusiasm, that we picked up on in our initial phone conversations, shone through when we met in person. Vintage Ruby was able to incorporate some of our favorite songs into her sets, including a first dance to our chosen song. I hired Lisa as Vintage Ruby for a get together with some friends in my garden. She was fabulous
From first contact she was very helpful supplying a full list of her songs allowing me to choose from them and sending me over what songs would be in what sets .
We hired Ruby for 3 sets her voice is fantastic as is her personality.
She was great with encouraging my friends to join in and we all had a lovely time
Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to have Vintage Ruby again.

I like being my own boss, doing a job that I enjoy
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 15 years of experience, singing for hotels, restaurants, weddings, care homes, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries and christenings. I sing for private, public and corporate functions. I work with my clients to ensure that the right songs are selected and I help create the right atmosphere: either upbeat and interactive with guests or background singing.

Yes I can provide live performances online. This can be in the form of a sing-a-gram e.g. one or two special songs for someone's birthday. I can also perform anything up to 1 x 30 minutes for your online party or corporate meeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask to the venue and remove it for singing. I have regular tests at any venues that request it e.g. care homes, making sure that I arrive earlier at the venue to have a test. I keep a safe distance from guests and follow the protocol of the venue.
