Viktoria is BRILLIANT. As first time pet owners who chose an energetic breed as our first puppy, getting training was a non-negotiable. As was choosing Viktoria.
From the first session we could see changes in Peach (our then 11 week old cockapoo) and ourselves too, I guess a lot of dog training is more about the owners than it is about the dog! She made training and homework easy to do and follow.
Not only that but she gave incredible amounts of reassurance to us in between sessions and was always available to answer our questions with tips and advice.

Our puppy took to her immediately and listened to every word.

Victoria is great. Did both the both obedience training and 1 week active training. In the obedience training she was very patient and built a great relationship my puppy early on helping us learn what we needed to do in terms of impulse control training and basic obedience. The active training also was great as it helped my puppy be more confident both in big areas such as parks and on the main road while walking, especially since Victoria takes them out 1-1 (send you a few videos updating on progress you each day) Nova was always happy to see Victoria on the training days and now is easy and great when we are out and about. I booked the basic puppy course with Viktoria and I am so glad we did. She quickly built an amazing relationship with our puppy and personalised the training program around puppy's needs and triggers. She was super patient with me and all my questions (first time puppy owner). I loved the variety in her sessions, and that they were both indoors and outdoors. In addition to the basic command training in the sessions, we also received support with toilet training, toys, mental stimulation and teething, it really was an all round package. After recently moving from Canada to London my Rottweiler was experiencing intense dog reactivity. We live in a very dog dense area and he became overwhelmed from just seeing a dog or hearing barking and would lunge, whine, and even growl despite being an extremely friendly and playful boy. He was stressed. I was stressed. Walks were not enjoyable for either of us.

We did a 10 day dog rehabilitation program with Viktoria to work through his reactivity. The process was great. Let me share the highlights:
- Scheduling was quick and when she did 1 on 1 training with my dog it gave me a chance to relax and was a relief as I carried a huge amount of stress around walking him
- She films every session & always recapped me on the session including the challenges and successes. This allowed me to continue to support his training on our walks and monitor his progress (celebrating little wins!). She even sent me cute photos of him with the places they visited while training.
- She was really welcoming. We had just moved to the area and helped connect us with other dog owners and services nearby. She even recommended different parks and places in the area we can visit on our walks.
- She helped me learn what tools & snacks work best for my dog (food motivated but would ignore when stressed). I learned my favourite type of leash (which reduces stress for me and my dog) and what types of rewards he will and won't work for (including options at the grocery store when I run out of dog treats!).
- My dog loved her. In no time she became someone he trusts and was always excited to go for his training time with Viktoria.
- She helped validate my experience as an owner of a reactive dog. She listened to all of my challenges, acknowledged them and provided solutions, she helped me recognize how to satisfy different needs to avoid big reactions. She helped me recognize as reactions were building and I learned how to work towards diffusing before the reaction could build.

Thanks to Viktoria my dog and I are more confident when we go for walks. I have learned to recognize his triggers & help him manage his reaction and he has been trained to look to me when a trigger presents. Not only are we able to have sufficiently more enjoyable walks, but this has helped strengthen our relationship and built trust between us.

My dog and I continue to train together every day but we could not have made the progress we have thanks to Viktoria. Nor would we feel as welcome as we do in our new neighbourhood without her support. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend her expertise. More...

We were recommended Victoria through our local dog WhatsApp group, and our experience has been fantastic. Our Cavapoo, Mali, became reactive towards other dogs after being attacked by two whippet-like dogs at the local dog run. Victoria has been amazing in helping us manage her reactivity using positive reinforcement. She has also taught us various tips and tricks on how we can help Mali too. Her passion for what she does is evident from the moment you meet her, and Mali is always extremely excited when Victoria picks her up for her sessions which is very reassuring. We have seen great progress over the last few months with Victoria and will continue to practice what she taught us. Working with Viktoria was easy as she clearly explained all the whys and how’s, and had such a good rapport with our puppy Ruby. This made training fun for our puppy and she has come on so much in a short time. We have gained so much confidence and are enjoying continuing the training at home. Victoria was always available by text when things were difficult (teething and stubbornness) with various tips and advice instantly via text which meant our training stayed consistent.
