How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Daily encouragement and support. A massive factor is accountability. Being accountable through our training app and ticking things off gives you motivation to get to your goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It depends on what the body of your dreams looks like! If its just the average body then all round exercise and 80/20 nutrition will do the trick!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people reach different goals, learning new things, chatting to loads of friendly faces!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had little direction for myself post lockdown, gained weight, was unhappy with myself and I decided to help others not feel how infelt.

Yes. All of my services come with an app where you can stay accountable and do pre programmed workouts. This option is suitable for remote clients.
1-2-1 Personal training
•In person personal training sessions in a personal training facility to suit your needs (30, 45 and 60 minute sessions available)
•7 day accountability through our training app
