Would not recommend. I believe I spoke to someone named Simon some time ago. A cleaner arrived but did a poor job, had a bad attitude, and expected me to provide all the cleaning supplies. I was happy to oblige, but the cleaner then claimed what I had wasn’t suitable for the job. I had at least 10 cloths for a full house clean and 3 cleaning products. I've since found a far superior solo cleaner who, for just £3 more per hour, provides all their own supplies and delivers a much better standard of cleaning. They have kept in touch with me as I am not local and did a really good job for him as well as being very kind. Communication with Simon and Joanne has been brilliant and Simon was excellent in his discussion with my great uncle at the initial set up, listening to what he wanted and making sure they provided a service to meet those requirements. Helping customers have a more enjoyable life as having a cleaner free's up more time. Also another big one is helping local people find employment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For my family's future. I have also found that customer service in business has diminished and I want to offer a something that has an old fashioned feel when it come to looking after your customers and cleaners.
