The Jjarrs

So I recently got married and it was the best day and evening to celebrate with our friends and family after such a long ordeal of the pandemic. Our first dance was one to remember -"Have I told you lately- Van Morrison" made all the most special by the Jjars who specifically learnt the song for us. The whole band were absolutely fabulous in respect of their sound, individuality and professionalism. On the morning of the wedding they were nice and early to set up and the sound check was an amazing motivator before my vows. Honestly and truly I couldn't recommend a band above the Jjars as they are just amazing. Thier range of music and song choices is amazing and it was a great way to fill our dance floor. I would say great value for money aswell- though they are honestly so good I would recommend an increase in thier prices. I would pay whatever they asked for the services they provided. The Jjarrs played our wedding this past Saturday and we’re absolutely incredible. The dance floor was constantly full as everyone was enjoying the music so much and we were inundated with messages after raving about how good the band were and what a great range of music there was. We were lucky enough to have The JJarrs perform at our annual Summer Party to just over 1000 people. Leading up to the event they were consistently professional and extremely quick to answer any queries via email, which meant getting the boring stuff like H&S documents and sorting logistics was super easy. The performance itself was even better than expected! They played a great mixture of songs that everyone new and it got everyone up singing along and dancing. By the final song the party goers didn’t want them to leave and we were spoilt with one extra song. When gathering feedback on the event itself we received multiple comments on how excellent the band were and we’ve been asked to make sure we get the band back for the Christmas party too. I've heard the Jjarrs many times over the years so just had to have them at my wedding. It is handy that my brother in law is the bass player, however it was always a given. The band have a great play list suitable for all sorts of occasions, especially weddings and I would recommend them to anyone. Outstanding performance! I was lucky enough to see The Jjarrs at a beautiful wedding at Ashridge House, the band performed three hours of music, perfectly suited to the audience keeping guests dancing all night and into the early hours. We had The Jjarrs play at our wedding and they absolutely made it the best night! The request we had for our first dance was not a song they had performed before, but they were more than happy to sing it for us, and they did it absolutely brilliantly. It was a fantastic day anyway, having The Jjarrs play and get everyone up and dancing just made it that little bit more excellent (and when I say everyone, I do mean from the youngsters to the 80 year olds!)! The Jjarrs performed at a recent charitable function that we co-hosted. They did a magnificent job for us giving everything we asked for and so much more. They sounded amazing and they did literally have everyone on the dance floor. They certainly know how to keep a crowd on their feet and their wide range of music was certainly the best we have experienced.
Such a great bunch of guys to work with, they helped us on the build up to the event with some great advice, on the day they arrived ahead of schedule to make sure they could get set up in time and they were very slick and organised throughout.
