What do you love most about your job?
I love it when we solve client issues, not the simple stuff but actually getting under the fingernails of the client and understanding their objectives and delivering against those.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were running the UK's biggest managed email marketing business at the time and doing a seminar at BAFTA where we were talking about the best practices in email marketing, this was back in 2007 and I walked off stage thinking we don't practice what we preach, we were AIM listed and the only thing of import were where the next client and the next pound was coming from. I turned to Tony my co-founder and said, I'm not doing this anymore, we either do it right or not at all. A month later we'd left and set up on our own.
Why should our clients choose you?
Sounds corny but because we care, you're dealing with someone in the business that actually gives a sh*t what you think and how you are going to achieve it. Rather than someone who is going home at 5:30 regardless.
