I started working with Tanya in January with a goal to loose weight & tone up for my 50th party in July. As I run a couple of times a week I wanted specific areas to be worked on, abs & arms, so I only planned to have a block of 10 sessions & incorporate the exercises with my already established routine once the course had finished. I've been working with Tanya for just over a year now and she's pretty amazing.
I needed a trainer to generally get fit and increase my overall wellbeing.
Tanya works very well with people like me who are somewhat new to fitness( and with others).
She's methodical, rigorous, always on time and very human. She knows how to challenge without being overbearing.
She doesn't take excuses ( I whine a lot) she's really good with pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of and switches up the regime enough so I don't plateau or get bored.
A year in, my fitness level has increased i actually have dome upper body definition and I'm infinitely more healthy.
In addition she's incredibly pleasant company and working out dare I say it is not as horrendous as I always imagined it'd be.

Before I met tanya I felt frustrated, I tried every online workout, every diet without the right knowledge, and nothing seemed to work.

Tanya is a fantastic personal trainer!! She spends time planning sessions so they are different every time and focus on all the right areas. Be prepared, with Tanya you will really lose weight,
or get your body toned (whatever your goals are) and you really will get back your motivation.
Each workout will not be like the previous one. You will always have new exercises, you will not be bored.
An incredibly professional and individual approach!
The first two to three weeks you will send photos of everything you have eaten. It helps a lot to keep track of how and what you eat. Tanya always gives advice on healthy eating. Moreover, she provides menus and (!) delicious recipes.
I have been choosing my Personal Trainer for a long time. It is not easy to find a professional trainer, at a good price, who really helps you achieve your goals.
Tanya ticked all the boxes.

I start my journey with lovely Tanya about 3 weeks ago. She inspired me when I saw how she trained one of her clients in the park near me .
I am very active person and I already lost some weight but for some reason to drop a few more ( we are talking about 10kg more ) it was harder and harder . I decided to meet up with Tanya for some trial to see how fit I really am . I really like her professionalism. On the first day she measured me and she checked my fat level with special tool and she ask me to weight myself at home and to send pictures to proof that :)))
After one training I could tell what I was doing wrong when exercising at home .
I had aches afterwards but feel great ! .
We discussed my diet on that first day and also Tanya ask me to take photos of my meals every single day (up to today ) and I think that helps me a lot as for me is so important to stay motivated and this technique helped me somehow . I change my hours eating ( my last meal is max at 6 pm ) and I’m not hungry until my breakfast next day :)))
In three weeks I lost -4 kg I’m so great full and I have even more motivation then ever .
She is hardcore PT trainer but with great results. She is pushing you to the earth and cheers you when you done it.
I’m training with Tanya 2-3 times a week and she is flexible with hours which suits me well.

I had back pain for a long time which stopped me from exercising, as I felt pain every time I had a training session with previous PTs. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. Individual training program, plus constantly assesing my clients diet, i ask all to send me daily photos of everything they ate eating during a day for at least a week so I could asses exactly were they are getting it wrong with nutrition. What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing that with my help lifestyle it changes and transforms people’s lives , It gives me so much pleasure seeing results and how much happiness and satisfaction it could bring to my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always loved fitness, and nutrition was my biggest passion, but never thought actually i should become a personal trainer myself. I had a few male trainers but somehow the results were not what I was hoping for, using heavy weights was putting too much strain on my back and knees, I was encouraged to use heavy load which resulted my body look out of proportion. Not until I was qualified as a personal trainer I understood that not everyone will benefit from using heavy weights. I prefer resistant bands, it’s a lot easier on your joints, I use slam balls, battle ropes, medium weight kettlebells, I love including HIIT to my workouts too, and I try to change my workouts consistently- so no workout is the same!

I am a woman’s personal trainer, and understand a women’s body like no one else, because I’ve got one! I’m honest, I won’t promise you unrealistic goals, i will guide you, I will help you with motivation, fitness and nutrition but it’s You who have to have a desire to change your habits, be disciplined and consistent!
