Hello Stone Art, I’m writing this review to warn others about my unfortunate experience with your porch construction services. 1. You required full payment upfront (I regret agreeing to this), but then you delivered a subpar job. You’ve been unresponsive to our calls about completing the work. 2. It’s only been 11 months since the porch was built, and we’re already experiencing water logging and leakage that are damaging our main house. We’ve tried contacting you repeatedly, but it’s the same story—promises to come and fix it, yet you haven’t shown up in all this time. 3. As a South Asian, I can’t help but feel there was an element of racism and harassment in our interactions. If this is the standard of work you provide, it’s hard to believe others would have contracted you in the past. Please avoid this contractor to save your money, time, and peace of mind. More...

I wasn't happy with Martin for my Porch work done. I tried to chase a lot to complete my pending work though he visited and promised to do it but its been six month wait. Well he took the full payment and honestly price was bit on higher side still trusted him as I need the work to be perfect but it was not. Totally Disappointed... 1. Tiles of the floor are not aligned 2. Fit and finish of door edges are not completed and looks gaps in it... 3. Door was not fitted properly and had a hard time to close it and I hired another person to do that job again. 4. Door gap Toilet gap, fillers are missing etc....
