What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business by a deep love for Caribbean food that began in my childhood, growing up in the kitchen with my grandmother. Watching her cook with passion and flavour sparked my own, and I knew I wanted to share that experience with others through food that tells a story.
