Based locally in Coalville, at Rosenthal Architectural Services we offer a free initial visit which enables us to discuss your requirements on-site, then following that visit we will send you a "No Obligation" quotation to do all the work you require.

Unlike some of our competitors, we cover all the aspects of what you need from an Electronic Survey of your existing house, we then work with you to design the changes and alterations that you are looking to do and then produce all the existing and proposed drawings required by the Local Planning Authority, we then act as your agent and deal with any issues the planners may have and progress your application on your behalf while ensuring that all the right documentation is in place and presented correctly.

Once we have gained your planning permission, we can also produce your Structural Calculations that your chosen builder will require along with the Building Regulations with a Cross Section drawing. This gives you a complete set of documents that any Builder can accurately quote against and the Building Inspector will require as reference too.

And finally, if there any questions or queries during the build, we are always happy to liaise directly with your chosen builder.
