The project wasn't entirely straightforward, but Richard skillfully guided us through numerous challenges. He promptly informed us of any necessary structural changes and proactively connected us with structural engineers to address these issues. Throughout the entire process, he maintained clear and professional communication, keeping us informed and involved.
We're incredibly pleased with the quality of the materials, flooring, and overall build. Particularly noteworthy is the drainage and pump system he installed. We've had several heavy rain episodes since the conversion, and the system has functioned flawlessly. What's even better is that Richard provides annual servicing for these systems, giving us complete peace of mind.
