What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom that comes with being able to run my business in my own way. Health and fitness isn't a cookie-cutter industry, everyone deserves their own tailored approach to hitting their goals and running my own business allows me the freedom to give people a more personalised experience.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I don't just want my clients to go through the motions, I want them to learn from me. I want all of my clients to live life with a better understanding of their own bodies and how best to look after it, while looking and feeling like the best version of themselves.

As well as face-to-face PT, I also offer virtual training via Zoom or a completely online service delivered via an app. These remote services still come with support and a direct line of contact with me personally any time my clients need guidance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My equipment is cleaned before and after every session, and I am more than happy to wear a face covering and gloves if my clients request it.

I offer in-person Personal Training either in your home or in a private gym in Doddinghurst Brentwood.
If you like the idea of training at home but don't have any equipment, don't worry. I will bring a few staple pieces of kit with me and I have a keen eye for spotting useful household items that we can use too!
Your program is designed in 4-6 week cycles and as we will be meeting regularly, we can chat about your progress during our time together and have a more in-depth check-in at the end of every cycle via Zoom or at your home.

Online Training
This service is delivered via Zoom where I am there for your session, coaching you through your program and cheering you on. Sometimes, I even jump in!
Your program is designed in 4-6week cycles, and you will have regular times and days of the week booked for your training sessions.
With this service, we will check-in during your sessions to discuss your progress and talk about your goals however once a week we will have more of a deep dive into how things are going.
If you can commit to a regular schedule, this option is perfect.
