How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Going through your Smart Target and short term, medium term and long term goals.
Specific - what are your goals
measurable -Trackable Goals
achieveable - can it be done? set challenges on your path. to help make your goal achieveable
Realistic- Are your goals possible to achieve? run a marathon in 1 week with no training background is not a realistic target
Time - how long will it take?
short term medium termine and long term
Example: short term - to be able to run 1miles withing 3 to 4 weeks without walking or stopping
Medium term - To be able to run 10K within 6 months
Long term goal to be able to run half a marathon within 12 to 14months
when you have your short medium and long term goals you can then use your Smart Target.

making sure you give 100% commitment and to always listen to your instructor, making sure all the movement you do during your workout has correct form

What inspired you to start your own business?
Always wanted to help people, strengthen there bodies to be able to help them move, run, jump motivate them. preventing lower back pain, type 2 diabetes and obesity.
