Took £300 toward cost of fencing.
Promised to arrive and do work.
Did not turn up as agreed to do work.
Numerous excuses and over one month on no show, no fencing and no refund.
Will be reported to trading standards.

The client new I was not coming into work. As I had hurt my back, which I informed her and even ask if she was happy to wait, which she was happy to. I have text messages to prove this. When I turned up to do the job 2 weeks later. She had got someone else to do the work. Not only she did not inform me that she had organised someone else. She went to three other houses I had jobs at on her street. She got the other person to do the work on them too. I left all materials at her house, even sent her some money. I text her to check if she had received the money and no reply. Did this a number of time. No response.
