NCP fitness has changed my life.

When I started my fitness journey I was a 118KG, overweight & unhappy. I decided to make a change that would stick. Nick has been with me every step of the way, making me accountable for training and nutrition. He takes a different approach and truly understands his craft and how to make it apply in a beneficial and unique way to me.

I am now at 94KG, I have better eating and nutrition habits, I understand the importance of a regular exercise in and outside of a gym, and I understand that Diets don’t work, only lifestyle changes and NCP has helped me craft one that works for me and has led me on a healthier path. 10/10 would recommend.

Q&As

A healthy balanced diet is very important for a number of reasons, the most obvious being weight management and preventing obesity. Secondly, the diet provides a vital role in essential vitamins and minerals for healthy bodily functions including cardiovascular health, brain health, hormone management and many more. Another important role of a good diet which is often overlooked is our overall wellbeing, whether it be our mental health state or our general energy levels to help us function from day to day.

I thoroughly assess my clients diets, habits and activity levels and discuss with them areas that can be improved or need to be improved.
I understand we can be drawn into unhealthy foods and habits which is absolutely normal and shouldn't be frowned upon, so I'm here to give a friendly attitude towards this because nobody wants to feel uncomfortable about their lives, I see it as a partnership rather than a job, and genuinely love it.

There is no secret or magic pill, which is why it's so valuable to people because you have to attain it yourself. However if I was to give an answer to the "secret" , it would be consistency.

There is genuinely no better feeling than when someone you have guided towards their goal reaches it, or even makes progress towards it, because you can sense the excitement and happiness along with sense of accomplishment from them, it's extremely rewarding for me. There is also the relationship we build through, like two teammates conquering the world, love it!

I've always been one of those people who is always doing something fitness related, be it cycling, mountain biking, running or lifting weights, it's my genuine passion and to be able to share it with people and help them along the journey is a dream.

I've seen a lot of PT's or fitness instructors with clients and they look like they're watching the clock, they're doing it for the wrong reasons, or they just dont have the interest and that's where clients suffer and don't get results or it becomes a chore. I'm in my happy place training people or helping with their diets, getting to know them and giving them that push towards their target, it isn't a job for me, and I hope all of my clients take some of the enjoyment and passion from me and into their own fitness journey.

I can do online/remotely or in person, I cover Whitchurch, Nantwich, Shrewsbury and surrounding areas in person.
