What a lovely person Lucy is. I never felt rushed whilst explaining the issues. She is listening to all of your issues and always does her best to come up with a solution. My family got treatment as well, and my 10 weeks old was already twice admitted in the hospital with bronchiolitis and RSV, and when discharged, he was still having a nasty cough and whiz. At first I had really high hopes working with Lucy. I’ve been struggling with acne for several years as well as anxiety, some of it being caused due to how much my skin has been impacting my life. I began a treatment which I was told would help balance and correct certain issues going on within my body. Lucy said she would check in on me throughout my treatment. This is when things started to break down. Communication started to fizzle. The first time I had to call her and the second time I didn’t hear from Lucy at all. Shortly after my skin erupted and it felt like I had taken 10,000 steps back. The day of my face to face appointment with Lucy my anxiety was through the roof so I took some time for myself. Great old school feel, good service. Portion sizing is a rip off, my kids portion £3.50 is the same size as adult portion £10. 00, they said it’s there policy, adults cannot order from the kids menu. Very weird way of doing business these days. The taste was good as was the freshness but shant visit again unless they sort there prices and portions out. Wow, I have to say after a seeing Lucy I am feeling fantastic, so much better!Whatever magic potion Lucy created for me, its working.
