Ana Maria has been my cleaner via Cleaning Express - they also provide excellent replacement cleaners when Ann Marie is away - for over 4 years and she is absolutely wonderful. I really look forward to the day she comes and makes my flat feel lovely again. I have had quite a few cleaners over the years and a couple of really good ones - yes, I have been lucky! But Ana Maria is the top of the top. Everything is done beautifully and with such a positive attitude. Honestly can’t fault the service, we’ve been using them for six months or so and they’ve been brilliant from the start. Incredibly professional and organised and excellent communication from both the company and the cleaners. They are always on top of arranging things like holiday cover and clearly do lots of work in the background to make sure it’s a seamless experience at our end. Cleaning has been to a genuinely exceptional standard and when the wonderful Mariia sadly had to leave us they communicated this with plenty of notice and arranged for someone equally great to take things forward. During Covid, we regularly consulted a health and safety specialist solicitor to ensure that we complied with the latest regulations for the wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Cleaning
Any reasonable cleaning task. Different tasks can be performed each cleaning session. The same cleaner every time (whenever possible.) At least 2 hours per session due to the cleaner's travelling time.
Ironing
Ironing can be undertaken in your residence and can also include cleaning. For example, 1 hour's ironing and 1 hour's cleaning.
