My feedback is on Samuel and Johnny who I had the pleasure to had them work in my home.The mould issue that I’ve had for almost 4 years and tried every solution and many companies but never got a good result until I got lucky with Samuel who showed me from the beginning that the mould is huge matters for them and they treat it differently. I called Mould Matters last Saturday and Samuel called me back and asked me to send images of my mould problem which I had in my bathroom, he had a look at these and got back to to me. He told me what he could do and his colleagues Jay & John were with me 1st thing Friday morning.Jay & John were lovely guys they explained everything that they were doing, regarding removing the mould from my walls and explaining to me exactly what they were doing. We had Mould Matters Ltd come to our house due to a mould issue (obviously) - the technician Alex was a really nice guy, he came early as I needed to get my child to nursery, was really engaging with my little boy and dogs, making them feel comfortable around him (so much so my LB started helping him set up lol).
