Adina was extremely aggressive in wanting to know why I decided to decline their service! I basically felt interrogated into why I did not respond to her.
I gave my reason which is my choice but felt she took the conversation too far by interrogating my choose not to use Kensington Investigations.

I spoke to a lady on the phone who was helpfull and polite, she explained to me what they could do for me and told me how much it would cost, she then asked me to send information by email, I explained to the lady I could pay on the 15th and I would send the information.
on the 15th I emailed the lady the information she required and said that I would pay the funds once she confirmed the information I sent was correct, and that's the last I heard... I would rather use a company I don't have to chase up.

We awaited his email, and assumed the gentleman would correspond using the email he provided. His emails have just been discovered (following his review) associated with another similar name. We thought he had changed his mind and didn't want to go ahead with his enquiry as we had heard nothing further from him. Further checks also show no payment was received.
