Hired for our wedding which was small due to my children with Autism.

Excellent - Kiki is a superb photographer, great to work with and very responsive. Pictures were excellent and brilliantly captured the mood of both events she worked on with us.

I booked Kiki last minute on a Saturday afternoon to come and take photos at my house for my 50th birthday party that evening. She was v nice to deal with and responsive to confirm availability and cost (£250 for 70 photos) for this last minute booking. Her portfolio and reviews looked good.

The problem has been the quality of the photos, which I was utterly disappointed with, to the extent that I thought she had made a mistake in the photos she had transferred to me (as for example the composition/cropping was bad, people's sleeves over the main person in the photo, eyes closed etc). So I messaged her asking if she had sent through the right photos, but it turns out that these were the best of the photos she had taken. I made it clear that I thought it was poor photography. Kiki would only provide the remaining raw photos if I sent over another £100, which I then ended up doing in the hope that there would be some good ones, and I can then crop/edit them to improve them. I'm absolutely gutted, but thankfully other people took photos with their phones. More...
