We agreed a flexible start date and he kept me updated on his schedule. John and his team are very friendly, polite and helpful.

He maintained good communication throughout the project. This allowed me to keep neighbours updated regarding deliveries which, mainly arrived on time.

He has a team of trades that he calls on to ensure building standards and regulations are met and the building inspector was satisfied with the progress at each key milestone inspection.
