Excellent, helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. Has made the process of purchasing our first house easier than we thought it would be.

This has been a long journey for me (4 years) but James was great all along. On two occasions he found the best product on the market which no other brokers could even match. High St banks are slow and problematic and I needed someone resourceful, driven and efficient. From my instruction to proceed to offer was 1 month (incl. Xmas). Pretty much saved the deal as no Vendor waits forever and refurbishment / construction works can't be left for the winter.

Was is more expensive than doing it yourself/agent broker/high st? Yes (although not as ridiculous as some brokers giving you just promises). Was is worth it? EVERY. FREAKING. PENNY.
