Very pleased with the service from the onset. We have a Victorian house that required some external repair and maintenance work to the brickwork. A number (over 400 in the end) Of bricks needed replacing. The brick were crumbling and had lost their integrity consequently causing damp in the house.

From the beginning of our interaction James proved to be an effective communicator. He respond quickly to my initial enquiry and arranged to come and asses the work. Throughout the whole project James reliability and time keeping have been outstanding.

He assessed the work and provided a quote on the same day. After engaging James he continued to respond quickly to my enquires. Work started ahead of schedule - despite the present climate!

Communication continued to be effective during the work. James kept me updated regularly with the changing needs of the project which included regular photo updates.

James completed the job on time. The site was left clean and tidy with all debris removed.
