We had Matt DJ at our tipi wedding this summer. He was brilliant, solid communication in the lead up to the day with regards to our music taste and setup plans and then on the day knocked it out of the park; perfectly selected music from our playlists, played at just the right time. The dance floor was filled all night. Lianne was also fantastic with bookings, communication and paperwork throughout. All our guests have been messaging us asking who the DJ was and saying what a great party it was, with many saying it was the best wedding party they have been to. 5 star service for Matt, would rate higher if we could. We very nearly didn’t have a dj for our small intimate wedding at Sandy cove but we are so pleased we did! Matt was the perfect DJ for us. We did not provide any particular songs but Matt managed to pick up the vibe from the room and got everyone up dancing. He also started early for us just so we could get our first dance on video. A (very) delayed review however absolutley 5* service from Lianne and Matt who played at our wedding in Devon last Septmber. They were so responsive and incredibly helpful when trying to plan a very short section of music to end our Micro-wedding (approx. 2hrs of music) as this was something my Husband and I really wanted to have. Matt and Lianne were so accommodating to this request, because I thought I would get laughed at for requesting a DJ for such a short time!! We had a small micro-wedding of 30 and wanted a bit of music entertainment to finish off the day and get everyone up on their feet after the meal. Matt and Lianne worked brilliantly with us both, they helped with advice on timings, design and style of their package (lights on floor and style of DJ Booth), they also worked with us using a Spotify playlist (we had our guest choices on there) to help guide Matt/Lianne to the styles and types of music that we also enjoy. Amazing music choices by Matt on the night - No cheesiness (which was up our street) and everyone got up, moving and enjoying themselves! The best thing is that it never felt like a small wedding when everyone was up and dancing! :) It was a great way to to end a wonderful day and a lovely send off to us and our guests. Matt was a brilliant DJ at our wedding. He managed to play our first song outside with only a few minutes notice, played a drum and bass set along with multiple abba songs, helped organise a surprise final song and even put up with a very drunk bride telling him to change every other song! We were so pleased we booked with Matt & Lianne - really helpful in the booking process and understood what we wanted. Matt met us at the venue prior to the day to firm up plans which was really appreciated. We booked Matt for the whole day of the wedding, he was on it with everything. He had an amazing acoustic playlist which he played throughout the wedding breakfast and some absolute tunes for the evening! Matt & Lianne provided the party for our wedding in February 2023. Lianne was so helpful during our planning process, talking us through the amazing options they could provide and the various decor options. They were so accommodating, as we asked to add an extra service onto the package at reasonably short notice (less than a month to go) which was no problem at all. On the day, Matt was fantastic. During our ceremony he was nicely tucked away and kept the soft music going throughout. The music was perfectly faded at the right times during the ceremony as well. We were able to use his microphones during our speeches which was really great. Then came the party - and boy oh boy did he deliver! Not once did we have an empty dance floor.
