Abi came by today to conduct my assessment, and I was highly impressed with the thorough evaluation she provided for my wife. Q&As

The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Being able to help individuals maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable, is incredibly rewarding. Building personal relationships with clients, listening to their stories, and offering companionship brings a unique sense of fulfillment. Every day presents a chance to provide care that not only meets physical needs but also nurtures emotional well-being, offering comfort, reassurance, and a sense of safety to those who rely on that support

Starting my own domiciliary provider business is inspired by a strong desire to help others and make a positive impact in the community. It is the need to improve the quality of care available to vulnerable individuals, seeing a gap in compassionate, personalised home care services. Also, my personal experiences with loved ones needing care, and passion for providing support to people who want to live independently at home motivates me. The chance to deliver person-centred, high-quality care and ensure clients' dignity and well-being often fuels such an entrepreneurial journey.

• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Care staff are provided with high-quality PPE, including masks, gloves, aprons, and face shields, and are required to use them during every visit.
• Regular Sanitization: Equipment and high-touch surfaces in clients' homes are regularly disinfected to prevent contamination.
2. Staff Screening and Health Monitoring:
• Regular Testing: Staff undergo routine COVID-19 testing to ensure they are not carrying the virus.
• Health Monitoring: Daily health checks, including temperature monitoring and symptom assessments, are conducted to ensure carers are fit for work.
