Describe your creative process.
Delve deep and understand the project in detail. Not just the final deliverable but the who's and the why's. The more I can get under the skin of a project the better the outcome. I may challenge some of the thinking and offer alternatives. Each touchpoint of the project will be considered. Once I have a thorough understanding of the project and what needs to be achieved, I usually begin with my own research and a pen and pad. Sketching out ideas, thoughts and rationalising them. This helps me to present the best thought-out and relevant proposals to the client before we proceed to developing them. This may be in the form of a mood board, a wireframe, a storyboard or whatever is the best method of presenting the ideas depending on the project type. There may be ideas on image styles, typography, colours, medium, words or any other element which needs consideration. I will outline key milestones to ensure deadlines and budgets are met and involve the client at all the crucial moments. The end product will always be of a high-quality.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A clear and detailed brief will always get the best outcomes. I can help extract one from the client or help write it for them if there isn't one. A budget range will also help to manage expectations and ensure the I can provide maximum value.
What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is learning all about my client, their project, their vision and not only bringing this to life but adding the extra value beyond what they were expecting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The buzz of business. Meeting new people. Being inspired by new ideas and opportunities. Helping smaller businesses get off the ground. Giving new perspectives to established companies.

I have extensive experience working as a designer, a keen eye for detail, colour, type, and imagery, a black book of contacts for any aspect of marketing or creative delivery meaning there is not much that cannot be delivered, the flexibility to come in and out of projects at any stage and I will always go above and beyond expectations to deliver the highest quality outcome for your project.

I have a full creative studio in which I work with other creative professionals which helps us all keep a finger on the pulse and provide a much wider range of services to clients than working alone. Clients are very welcome to visit and meet up. We all mostly work remotely with clients as it is generally quicker and cheaper plus we do have many overseas clients between us. However, we are a friendly bunch and it is nice to meet in person from time to time so we are open to this too.
