What do you love most about your job?
We are a service provider but try and keep it on a personal basis. No remote person when you have a problem you have our direct numbers be it a complaint, a problem or change of plan.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having work at a senior level in the health care industry working for some the larger care providersI decided to venture out on my own and launched my Dublcheck franchise in 2014. We now employ over 80 people, always trying to employ in the local community where a contract exits.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because this is my business, your business is extremely important to me. I believe that looking after my staff will mean they will look after my clients.

We cannot provide our service on line, we are happy to chat about what we can offer. But believe face to face meeting so we can come and see what you require.
You then get an opportunity to see us. However competitive a price is or attractive the services we offer it is always important to put a name to a face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It does depend on the environment we are working in. But where a high risk may exist we are able to try and provide the necessary masks, gloves, disposable aprons.
Regular Cleaning Services
We offer regular cleaning services from weekly to daily across a range of sectors. With fully trained staff and all the information regarding COSH, Risk Assessments, Method Statement and colour coding are placed on site both hard and soft copies.
Medical and other Health Care Centres
We have a full understanding of CQC and their requirements regarding cleaning and put in policies to cover these.
In addition and part form the colour coding for different cleaning areas we can use cleaning products which are more appropriate
Nursery Cleaning
Where our cleaners could be in contact with children they will have an enhanced DBS. The site would also have all the documentation required on site such as COSH and Method statements.
Residential Apartments and Sheltered Accommodation
We are fully experienced in cleaning such developments and our cleanings are made aware that sometimes they may be stopped for a chat while cleaning due to a resident/Owner being lonely. We can also add to the service should a resident / Owner request cleaning of there own appartment.
