I had gutters, soffits, facias, windows, and a large conservatory cleaned.The whole service from the initial quote through to completion was well handled, and everything was communicated in a timely manner. The job itself was unfortunately carried out in not the best of weather, so the technician was at a disadvantage although he completed the job as planned.When the sun finally shone a few days later, it was obvious to me that the windows were less than clean. A quick email to Charlotte resulted in a technician at my house within an hour (very impressive), and the windows were given a second clean. I came across this firm by accident when they were working at a neighbours and I’m so glad I did. I asked the young man if he could clean 2 dormers. Immediately he contacted his office for a quote and was able to do the job straight away. I cannot believe how clean my dormer windows are now! I have a conservatory but not done anything with it for 10 years ... Yuk! ..... Got a quote from Gutter Force from a nice lady in the office who explained the quote and the work involved, felt reassured and instructed them . ... Chap came out explained fully the work involved and the outcome ...... not only is the roof now clear, he also attached the end post decorations to the roof structs, cleaned the guttering internally and went out of his way to clear up after himself .... because they are nice people!
