I was impressed at first and gave them the job. No one arrived, they apologised cement man was isolating and made a new date. I then after a few days had an email apologising saying unable to do the job as the cement man was leaving. I do not believe the firm could operate without someone to do cement.
I am left in a mess with no one to do my job.

It wasn't cement it was laying a concrete floor and yes the man we had that did that work has left, of course if you want to have it bodged up then sure I can come and do that as I do not lay concrete floors or you could get someone else to do it that knows what they are doing.Crazy to think that I am in the wrong for cancelling a job by being honest and saying that I could no longer do it instead of pretending that I could and making a mess of it.As for you being in a mess that is completely untrue it just means that you are in the same position as you already were.Also I did say if we got another man to do the concrete we would happily do the job but I don't think I will now after this feedback.

I apologised for the camera having a dead battery I had been using it through the day but I did show you the machine full of the contents from your gutters.
