I was delighted with the End of Tenancy service I received, from the first phone call through to the final inspection. Zhaneta was in the area and dropped by to ensure she could provide an accurate quote and we could discuss in detail the service they would provide, which gave me a lot of confidence. The quote was very fair, and in fact it was suggested I should not opt for professional carpet cleaning given mine were in great condition, and it would save me money. The cleaners arrived exactly on time, were very friendly, and did a superb job with the cleaning. I couldn't find anything missing when I did the final inspection. Very accommodating as they were able to come in at such short notice at 8am when I had to hand my keys in that afternoon. A thorough job and really appreciate the hard work put in, only reason why it’s not 5 star is because a few areas were missed, mainly on furniture, but otherwise I do recommend!

I had to go back and vacuum/wipe down surfaces as a lot was missed. They offered to send the staff back to clean again but it was during the bank holiday weekend and I felt it should have been properly cleaned the first time.
