Absolutely ridiculously delighted with the artificial grass we have had supplied and fitted by Ecograss. I had been researching having it done for a couple of months and contacted a number of companies. Maria at Ecograss always replied to me asap and answered any questions I had. I really liked that they used granite dust as a base layer on top of the MOT type 1 compared to others that were using sharp sand in their process. Ecograss’s quote was also miles better than competitors. We chose their top of the range 52mm ultra grass and booked in. The skip and aggregates arrived the day before and the guys came to do the work the following day. Their attention to detail and the fact they kept everywhere absolutely spotless was superb. They were such nice guys and worked super hard. The end product speaks for itself, our garden is no longer a clay bog and we can finally enjoy the garden again. Had so many comments from friends and neighbours about how good it looks. Genuinely I have proper OCD when it comes to jobs like this and research companies for ages before hand. We chose Ecograss due to the way they dealt with our enquiry. Major logistical problems as had no access apart through the house We had the first part done at the bottom and then within a week we decided to have the small bit done further up Sorted straight away and I can’t be more pleased with not only the final look but the way Ecograss worked Will be getting the order for the third and final bit when we’ve decided when best to do it Thanks Maria , Mike and his team.

I had an Absolute nightmare with this company. I used Ecograss because of the guarantee they offered. Soon after fitting the grass started to move and sink. We are now several years down the line and the "lawn" has huge dips, major drainage problems and has peeled away at the edges. Because it cost me thousands of pounds to have this mess installed I've had to live with it until I can have the whole garden redone. Contacted the company many times and they would deny all knowledge of previous emails and wouldn't honour their guarantee and repair the damage. Absolutely disgusting service from this company. I am SO happy with our new lawn and just as importantly the customer service received. From Maria's communication to arrange the valuation, her knowledge and personability when she came out and the time and space given to make the decision about if eco grass was right for us. AND IT WAS RIGHT FOR US! from a garden that was unusable 9 months of the year to an "additional room" for the whole family to use. The installation team arrived on time, well presented, friendly, approachable, worked hard throughout the day and left the garden clean, tidy and instantly ready to be used by 2 very excited young boys! Big shout out to Ecograss, my lawn was really nice but my sons playing football all the time didn’t let it stand a chance. So today the boys from EcoGrass worked the magic and it’s turned out amazing! I would recommend this company without any hesitation, the work ethic, working as a team, the communication with the customer was first class. I was dreading the worst with the poor weather and muddy mess, but at the end of the job, the guys left the job spotlessly clean. A friend recommended Ecograss to me and I couldnt be more pleased with the result. Maria provided a quote and even made the time to pop round and see us (and our garden! ) so we could have a look at a sample of the different grasses available. The work was booked in and the team arrived promptly on the morning as arranged. As someone who lives in a new build and has had a lot of tradespeople round this was a breath of fresh air in itself! The work was done thoroughly but in a timely manner and the area was cleaned down afterwards. One of the men working took the time to chat at the end to advise how to care for the grass and go through what had been done. Company did not want to complete the job due to torrential rain on Saturday, they arrived poorly prepared , and they didn’t want to be there because they had a sick child at home.

Instead of being honest and because they don’t want to financially lose out, they make spurious allegations about racist comments and are now trying to blackmail us for £400 for an hours work and an incomplete job.

They were made and drank several cups of tea during their hour on the job and left to fetch more materials. Instead of coming back to finish, we get an email saying that we’d been nasty to Michael and he was offended!!

We were blind sided by all their previous wonderful reviews, however there is definitely a dark and manipulative side to Ecograss that future customers need to be aware of.

In the meantime you can buy far superior artificial grass from Northgate Flooring and Gills for only £15 a metre and get a garden landscaper or carpet fitter to fit it. We’re actually going to have a better lawn for less money.

I wouldn’t recommend Ecograss, but they’ve actually done us a big favour, so I’d like to finish by saying a big thank you!
