Driveways excel

if you use these guys don't pay full amount untill you are fully satisfiedwish i hadn't.....I had my drive done with drop kerb , all seemed ok untill the cracks started to show cracked blocks, loose block on new step , ( been rectified). my job completed January still waiting for drive to be sanded , the tar on road edge still not fixed , also have a flattop edge that has sunk , also just found a chipped block, kerb edges loose.As for leaving job site clean and tidy yeah right , they left my back garden a total mess mud all over my porcelain tiles , empty iron brue bottles just left , which isn't good as well they new my wife is a childminder.it's nearing the end of March still waiting, getting excuses that the tar guys can't get tar..... REALLY !! ? they even sent me a message saying the tar boys wanted £150 to complete the tar , seemed like they were asking me for more money, not going to happen.at the beginning replies to my messages were fast and calls were answered but now it's whenever they can bothered.attention to detail isn't what was promised.If the job isn't completed by the end of the month ive to contact roads alliance again and give them my address this time and tell them who done the job , they will send someone out to inspect ( which i didn't do when I contacted them for support . Drew was really good to deal with from the first telephone call through to the end of the job. His team, led by foreman Kevin, were incredibly hard working and take pride in their work. They also gave me options on how I could have certain edging blocks laid around a planted area. Their attention to detail was spot on and one of the team (Brian I think), helpfully filled in some gaps in my steps with cement, which was outside the scope of the job. First of all, after walking around the estate looking at various Monoblock installations and receiving many quotes from various companies. One particular driveway I came across stood out. This driveway installed in the estate suffered no sinkage or pooling of water. A small sign was attached to the lamp post was from Driveways Excel. I chose this company and Drew, the employee who quoted me was a non pushy salesman and showed me examples of work undertaken. The team of men who started work listened to what I wanted, changes here and there during installation. Cole, Andrew, Charlie and foreman Kevin completed the job without any fuss and hassle. Absolutely delighted with my new driveway! There was a quick response from Drew when I initially enquired about monoblocking the front garden and a very reasonable quote for the same.
