I found Jo-el to be polite and well trained. However there was some confusion over the price. When first speaking to Jo-el I was told the price would be £50 plus parts for a cash payment.
I chose to pay by card which meant the price would be £90 plus parts. However when the work was finished VAT was charged which meant the final price rose to £126. A little more clarity over the charge in the first place would have been helpful.

From first visit to price up and advise, to install of equipment and complete the job, Jo-el has been easy to contact and communicate with.
Absolutely lovely chap, polite professional and really pleasant, he replaced a toilet and sink unit in a small bathroom, his attention to detail, and the way he left everything immaculate and tidied and cleaned up after himself. I will be keeping Jo-el’s number and if I need a plumber/heating engineer in the future he will be my first call!
Totally recommend him 😊 5 stars isn’t enough for this business!

Jo-el left two elderly parents very happy with his work fixing an emergency broken lead pipe. He was honest and trustworthy and took a very awkward job, compounded with the ineptness of United Utilities, in his stride and clearly demonstrating his skills as a plumber, highly recommend and will definitely be calling him in future for plumbing needs !!

What do you love most about your job?
Everything about it, from a young boy always been good with my hands building things from bird cages, tree houses, dismantling may motorcycles and much more ?. Morphed into plumbing as a young teenager and never looked back love fretting homes and seeing before and after like we do haha, also love the fact I'm a reliable resource for people inn their homes knowing they are in safe hands. Also customer service obviously has a big part to play and I love meeting new people as I'm a friendly energetic human being. look forward to being at your service.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The thing that got me inspired to start my own business was because of my first boss as an apprentice. he had me working on all aspects of plumbing you can think of all different types of systems and fault finding. the downside was he was a perfectionist but that never done me any bad because it has rubbed me up the right way for sure and I can pass that knowledge on one day.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should just me just basically down to my passion ambition and the urge to know that I love to deliver the upmost professionalism in what I do which is to see a big grin and relief for my clients when they need anything sorting and also getting things done that are challenging and that other may have fell at.
I just love my job and everything that comes with it, the stress, the excitement and most of all the diversity.
