What do you love most about your job?
The greatest pleasure in my job is the sheer satisfaction of having helped my clients to realise their ambitions, increase their confidence, and make for a more successful and happier lifestyle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been made redundant for the second time during my employed career, I was suddenly forced to choose to fend for myself or join the benefits brigade. I chose the former because within myself I felt I was a survivor. To the great relief to my wife and children I had a realisation that I should have taken this pathway a lot earlier. I found that my own professional and honest approach was really what people bought into. I am pleased that I have made many friends through my association with my clients.

Having gone through life with some very big ups and downs and come out at the other end, I know that I can help people with their issues from a very practical point of view.

Yes, I do hold advanced diplomas.
But I also have substantial life experiences that are worth more to any of my clients than just a signed piece of paper.

I have a Pro Zoom account and I work on a 1 to 1 basis where appropriate.
I can also run Zoom webinars for hundreds of people all at once.
This process, combined with email and telephone communication provide my clients with a customised training service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working exclusively online and with Zoom negates any possibility of anyone catching anything.
When working face to face, be it in people's homes or in their offices, I am always equipped with masks and I respect the protection requirements that my clients have.
