Cannot recommend Claire and her cakes enough! She made a fantastic farm themed cake for my daughter's first birthday, accomodating all of our requests and questions. From start to finish she was an absolute pleasure to speak to and very kindly gave us a whole list of options for fillings/tastes, giving us some good combinations to chose from. We had a white chocolate mud cake with a Biscoff buttercream filling and my goodness it did not disappoint! The cake went down a treat with our party guests and we honestly had guests saying it was the best cake they had ever tasted, I totally agree. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Claire is such a lovely person and most importantly an excellent baker and artist. She's super on it with emails and delivers when it comes to bringing your vision to life.
I ordered a red velvet cake for my birthday and it was super delicious, moist and the layers were the most even layers you could get. So, if you could pick any baker, pick Claire. She knows what she's doing and makes the entire process a piece of cake!

I contacted Claire on a last minute panic as the original lady I had booked for my daughters 1st birthday cancelled on me a week before the day, now being August and right in the middle of wedding season I was in a bit of a panic to find someone else at such short notice! I searched for local cake makers and came across her profile and contacted her, response back was pretty quick-which was great, i explained my situation and the type of cake I was after (my daughter is obsessed with Rara the noisy little lion!)and she gave me a few suggestions and I was convinced then i wanted Claire to do the cake! Claires knowledge of what would work and her suggestions were so helpful and she was an absolute joy to speak to, she knew my vision and how important it was for the cake to be right for the party theme etc Her pricing is very reasonable as well considering the amount of detail she puts into the cake design I picked up the cake and was blown away by how much it looked like the picture I gave her of what I wanted the cake to look like, the aftercare advise was also great and you can tell she genuinely cares about every order she gets Now for the most important part -the taste-WOW! We went for Victoria Sponge and also lemon with blueberry buttercream and 2 days later the cake tastes just as good! What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always baked, and learnt off the best bakers i know, my mum and nan.
When i started cake decorating as a hobby 10 years ago, i loved every second of it. After 5 years of decorating for friends and family and learning so much i decided to take the plunge and make it my business, my 24/7, 7 days a week job. and i could not be happier.
