I live in an Edwardian house that was split into 4 flats in the 1990s. I wanted to take a few walls down that I believe were studs and needed a structural engineer to confirm.
Charlie was responsive, visited me and gave sound advice.
He later sent me a letter of comfort to show the other neighbours if needed about the building work that is carried out and that it won’t have any structural implications to the other flat owners.
Charlie was patient with all my oblivious questions about structural integrity and what it meant in my case. He drew and explained to me how he will assess it and was really helpful throughout.
